Membership
What does the membership include?
Personal planning and coordination of your travel and lifestyle requests, one point of contact, booking follow-up, itinerary organisation and 24/7 access on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost?
€999 per month, or €9,999 per year (equivalent to €833.25 per month). You can also start with a 3-day trial for €99, paid once.
Is there a service charge?
Yes: 5% of the cost of each service we arrange for monthly members and trial customers, and 3% for annual members. It is shown in every proposal before you approve.
How do I cancel?
Monthly membership can be ended at any time and stops at the end of the paid month. Annual membership runs for 12 months; you can stop it renewing at any time before the renewal date. See our Membership Terms.
Bookings & payments
Are hotels, flights and other costs included?
No. Supplier costs are separate and quoted in a written proposal. Nothing is booked until you approve.
How do I pay for membership?
Through Revolut’s secure checkout. Card details are never entered on or stored by our website.
What if a supplier cancels or changes a booking?
The supplier’s terms apply, and we help you resolve it: rebooking, alternatives or raising the issue with them on your behalf.
Services & destinations
Where do you operate?
London and the UK, Dubai and the UAE, Istanbul and Türkiye, the French Riviera and selected European destinations. Requests elsewhere are welcome.
Can you get tickets to sold-out events?
We source tickets and hospitality only through authorised sellers. We will always tell you honestly what is and is not available.
Do you offer airport meet & greet?
Yes, at major airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Paris, Nice, Istanbul and Dubai. See Airport meet & greet.
Privacy
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We share only what a supplier needs to fulfil your request. See our privacy notice.
