How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, ideally at least 48 hours before the flight. Some airports can arrange services at shorter notice; we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Is fast-track always included?
Fast-track, lounge and airside access depend on each airport’s rules and the provider’s availability. What is included is confirmed in your proposal before you book.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight details you give us and update the provider. Significant changes may affect the service or its price, which we explain in the proposal.
Do I need a membership?
Members can request meet & greet as part of their membership, with our service charge applied. You can also enquire as a first step before joining.
