WHEN TO BOOK

What to arrange, and when.

    Choose the destination. Secure the chalet, suite or residence, and private ski instructors.

    November

    Flights or private aviation, transfers, and the tables that matter on the 24th, 25th and 31st.

    Early December

    Ski hire, passes, chefs’ menus and children’s plans, all confirmed in one itinerary.

    The holidays

    We stay on hand for changes, last-minute wishes and the journey home.

The festive season: questions

When should I start planning Christmas and New Year?

Now. The festive fortnight is the most requested period of the year in the Alps, Dubai and London, and the best chalets, suites and tables are usually committed by November.

Which destinations do you cover for the festive season?

The Alps (Courchevel, St. Moritz, Gstaad and more), Dubai and Abu Dhabi, London, and Istanbul, with private aviation and transfers between them.

How does the festive request work?

Send us your dates, party and preferences. We reply within two hours between 08:00 and 22:00 UK time, then send a written proposal with options, supplier terms and our service charge shown separately. Nothing is booked without your approval.

Do I need to be a member?

No. You can start with an introductory call or the 3-day trial. Members receive ongoing service throughout the year, with a reduced service charge on the annual plan.

Do you sell tickets for festive events?

No. Tickets are sold only by the official organisers. We plan everything around them.
