OUR STANDARDS
For private clients, the way a service is run matters as much as what it offers. These are the standards every ATLAS MAISON request follows.
Your name, plans and preferences are shared only with the providers you choose to book, and only to the extent needed. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before any work begins, and we never use client names or stories in marketing without written permission.
Membership fees and service charges are published on our website. Every proposal shows the provider, their price and terms, and our fee separately. If a provider pays us a commission, we tell you in the proposal. We never take payment for third-party services.
Before recommending a provider, we check that it is properly registered and, where relevant, licensed and insured for the service; we review its terms, cancellation conditions and reputation; and we prefer providers we or trusted partners have worked with. Final contracts are always between you and the provider.
We coordinate and introduce; we do not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, travel-agency or charter services ourselves. Where a service is regulated, it is provided directly to you by an appropriately authorised professional under their own terms.
We handle personal information under UK and EU data protection law. We collect only what a request needs, keep it securely, and delete it when it is no longer required. Card payments are processed by Revolut; we never see or store card details.
We aim to reply within two hours between 08:00 and 22:00 UK time, every day. Messages sent overnight are answered the next morning; urgent issues while travelling are prioritised.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Please tell us by email or WhatsApp. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day, investigate it personally, and reply in writing with what happened and what we will do. If a provider is involved, we raise the issue with them on your behalf.
