Full concierge access for three days, from planning to bookings, so you can experience the service before choosing a membership. One-off payment; it does not renew. 5% service charge on anything we arrange, supplier costs separate.
On a €4,000 arranged service, the concierge fee is €200 at 5% for monthly members and €120 at 3% for annual members. The membership is separate. No supplier spend is included in membership. Fee calculation, applicable taxes, cancellation terms and any provider commissions will be disclosed in your written offer before you commit.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are paid through Revolut’s secure checkout; card details are never entered on or stored by this website. Supplier costs and service charges are confirmed in writing before any booking.

Every booking is proposed in writing first. You approve, we coordinate.
The membership pays for your concierge: planning, research, proposals, bookings, follow-up and 24/7 availability. The service charge applies only to services we arrange, and supplier costs are paid separately.
Yes. Contact us and we will explain how to move to the annual plan and its reduced 3% service charge.
Monthly can be ended at any time and stops at the end of the paid month. You can stop an annual membership renewing at any time before the renewal date.
Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel. The value of work already carried out, and any service charges and supplier costs already incurred, remain payable.
