How the service charge works
On a €4,000 arranged service, the concierge fee is €200 at 5% for monthly members and €120 at 3% for annual members. The membership is separate. No supplier spend is included in membership. Fee calculation, applicable taxes, cancellation terms and any provider commissions will be disclosed in your written offer before you commit.
Membership enquiries are non-binding. Final terms and total payable prices are confirmed before acceptance. No payment is taken on this website.
