- Employment, investor and long-term residency routes, including the 10-year Golden Visa for qualifying property investors (at the time of writing, typically property worth at least AED 2 million). Eligibility is confirmed by licensed advisers and the authorities.
- Monaco residency
- Residence cards are issued by the Monaco authorities on evidence of accommodation in the Principality and sufficient financial means, usually demonstrated through a Monaco bank. We coordinate the property, the bank introduction and the appointments.
- United Kingdom
- Visa and immigration routes are advised on by regulated immigration lawyers, whom we introduce. We take care of the home, schools, staff and the practical arrival.
- France
- Long-stay visas and residence permits through specialist lawyers, with the villa or apartment, utilities and local registrations coordinated around them.
- Homes
- Rental and purchase searches with licensed agents, furnished temporary homes for the first weeks, and a property ready before the family arrives.

- Shortlists of international and British-curriculum schools, visits, applications and timelines, coordinated around the move date.

How do I become a resident of Monaco?
Residence cards are issued by the Monaco authorities, generally on evidence of accommodation in Monaco and sufficient financial means. We coordinate the property search, bank introduction and appointments; eligibility is confirmed by the authorities and your advisers.
What is the UAE Golden Visa?
A long-term, renewable residency for qualifying investors, entrepreneurs and professionals. For property investors, the threshold has typically been property worth at least AED 2 million. Requirements change, so eligibility is always confirmed by licensed advisers.
Do you give immigration advice?
No. Immigration advice is given by regulated lawyers and advisers, whom we introduce and coordinate. We handle everything around the application.
How early should we start?
Ideally six months before the move for a family with school-age children, to align residency, a home and school places.
