BUSINESS CONCIERGE · COMPANY FORMATION
A company, set up properly, anywhere.
From a London holding company to a Dubai free zone licence, we coordinate the formation, the documents, the address and the banking introductions with licensed corporate service providers.
THE APPROACH
Forming a company is rarely the difficult part. The difficult part is everything around it: choosing the right structure and jurisdiction with your advisers, gathering certified documents from several countries, meeting compliance checks, finding a registered address and office, and opening a bank account that actually works for the business.
We coordinate that whole path. Your lawyers and tax advisers decide the structure; licensed corporate service providers file and maintain the company; we keep the timeline, the paperwork and the people moving, and make sure the practical side, from office to signage to first hires, is ready when the licence is.
WHAT WE COORDINATE
In detail.
Delivered by licensed specialists; coordinated by one point of contact.
- United Kingdom
- Private limited companies and LLPs registered at Companies House, usually quickly once documents are ready. Since 18 November 2025, new directors and people with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House, which we help you prepare for.
- UAE free zones
- Free zones such as DMCC, DIFC, ADGM and others each have their own licences, office requirements and costs. We coordinate with the relevant authority or a licensed agent, from application to licence, visa quotas and office.
- UAE mainland
- Mainland companies licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, or its equivalent in other emirates, for businesses that trade directly in the UAE market.
- UAE corporate tax
- The UAE applies a federal corporate tax, at the time of writing 9% on taxable profits above AED 375,000, with specific regimes for qualifying free zone persons. Your tax adviser confirms how it applies to you.
- France
- SAS, SARL and SCI structures, often linked to property ownership on the Riviera, formed with French lawyers, accountants and, where needed, notaires.
- Türkiye
- Joint-stock and limited companies registered with the trade registry, with bilingual coordination of notarised documents, tax numbers and bank accounts.
- Banking introductions
- Introductions to private banks and business banks in the relevant jurisdiction, and coordination of the onboarding documents they request.
- Office & substance
- Serviced offices, flexi desks and permanent premises, furnished and staffed, so the company has the presence its licence and its clients expect.
Signed, filed, and ready to trade.

REGULATED ADVICE, FROM REGULATED PEOPLE
ATLAS MAISON is not a law firm, immigration adviser, estate agent, bank or tax adviser. We coordinate the process and introduce licensed professionals, who advise you directly under their own terms. Rules and thresholds change; always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or adviser.
Company formation: questions
Can you set up a company in Dubai for me?
We coordinate the process with the relevant free zone authority, the Department of Economy and Tourism or a licensed agent, from document preparation to licence, visas and office. The licence is issued by the authority, and structuring advice comes from your advisers.
Free zone or mainland in the UAE?
It depends on where your customers are, your activity and your tax position. Free zone companies suit many international holding, trading and service businesses; mainland companies can trade directly in the UAE market. Your advisers confirm which is right for you.
How long does UK company formation take?
Registration at Companies House is often completed within a day or two once identity verification and documents are in order. Opening a bank account usually takes longer, so we start that process early.
Do I need to travel?
Not always. Many steps can be completed remotely with certified or apostilled documents. Some banks and authorities ask for an in-person meeting, which we schedule and arrange around your diary.
Do you provide nominee directors or registered agent services?
No. Those services are provided by licensed corporate service providers, whom we introduce and coordinate.
