ALPINE CONCIERGE

The Alps, chalet by chalet.

Catered chalets, private instructors, a helicopter into the resort and a table on New Year’s Eve: the winter season in Courchevel, St. Moritz and Gstaad, planned well ahead.

The Alpine winter is short and its best weeks are booked early. Whether you favour the ski-in, ski-out ease of Courchevel, the grand tradition of St. Moritz or the discreet chalets of Gstaad, the quality of a stay depends on decisions made months before the first snow. We make them with you.

INSIDER NOTES

What we have learned.

Practical knowledge that makes the difference in The Alps.

  • Christmas and New Year weeks are often let on fixed weekly terms with minimum stays.
  • The best private instructors are booked for the whole festive fortnight; reserve them with the chalet.
  • Helicopter transfers depend on the weather; a car is always on standby.
  • Ski hire delivered to the chalet saves the first morning of the holiday.

The Alps concierge: questions

Do you offer a ski concierge service in Courchevel, St. Moritz and Gstaad?

Yes. We research and coordinate chalets and hotels, private instructors, transfers, dining and equipment for the Alpine winter season.

When does the Courchevel ski season 2026–27 start?

Courchevel’s winter season runs from 4 December 2026 to 18 April 2027, according to the resort.

How do I get to Courchevel by helicopter?

Helicopter transfers fly from Geneva or Chambéry to Courchevel, weather permitting. We always arrange a car as a fallback.

When should I book a chalet for Christmas?

As early as possible: the festive weeks are the most requested of the season and the best chalets are usually committed months ahead.

Do you rent chalets yourselves?

No. We research and recommend, and you contract directly with the owner or agency, with all terms shown transparently.
