Family Care is how we work, not an extra. Before we suggest a hotel, we ask about stairs, bathrooms, cots and medication. Before we book a car, we ask about car seats and how far the walk is from the door. And before anyone travels, one person at ATLAS MAISON knows every member of the family by name.

What is the ATLAS MAISON Family Care service?
A way of planning luxury travel around children, grandparents and family members who need extra care: accessible stays, airport assistance, vetted nannies, medical escorts and a pace that suits everyone, coordinated by one point of contact.
Do you provide nannies or nurses yourselves?
No. We introduce carers, nannies and medical escorts from registered agencies and licensed providers, who contract with you directly. We brief them, coordinate them and stay in touch throughout.
Can you plan a trip for three generations?
Yes. Multi-generation travel is where we help most: villas with ground-floor suites, connecting rooms, separate cars and days that work for grandparents and children alike.
Is Family Care an extra charge?
No. It is how we plan for every member and client. The costs of carers, equipment or medical services are paid directly to the providers.
Which destinations do you cover?
London, Monaco, the French Riviera, Dubai, Istanbul, the Alps and the rest of Europe, wherever the family is going.
