PRIVATE CAPITAL · BY INVITATION
A small circle of partners. Chosen with care.
ATLAS MAISON is privately held. From time to time, the house opens a private conversation with a very small number of family offices, hospitality houses and investors who bring more than capital. We are not raising money from the public, and not every conversation will progress.
A NOTE FROM THE HOUSE
We would rather grow slowly with the right partners than quickly with the wrong ones.
The value of a private concierge is trust: the families who hand us their summers, the founders who hand us their companies, the hotels and operators who open doors for our clients. That trust is the asset, and it is not for sale to anyone who simply arrives with a cheque.
The partners we welcome understand this. They bring access, judgement and patience, and they accept that the house sets the pace. If that describes you, we would be glad to hear from you, in confidence.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Where luxury is moving.
Three reasons the house was built, and why its timing matters.
The shift to experiences
Global luxury spending reached about €1.44 trillion in 2025, while personal luxury goods were flat. The growth is moving to what cannot be bought on a shelf: hospitality, yachts, aviation and time well spent.
Bain & Company and Altagamma, November 2025A deeper pool of wealth
The number of people worth more than US$100 million passed 100,000 for the first time in 2024. Each of them is a household with homes, families, staff and a calendar to run.
Knight Frank, The Wealth Report 2025A fragmented service
Private concierge remains a market of small independent houses and corporate card programmes. Few combine travel, family care and business affairs under one discreet relationship.
ATLAS MAISON viewWHAT HAS BEEN BUILT
A house, not a booking desk.
The foundations a partner would join today.
- One relationship, many disciplines
- Residences, aviation, yachts, events, Family Care for children and seniors, and a business concierge for company formation, relocation, property and succession.
- An asset-light model
- Clients contract and pay suppliers directly. We never hold client funds for third parties; the house earns through membership and agreed service charges.
- A forward calendar
- The Season Register opens twelve months ahead, giving the house visibility of demand for the year’s defining weeks before it arrives.
- International from the first day
- London, Monaco, the French Riviera, Dubai, Istanbul and the Alps, with the house presented in twelve languages, from French and German to Arabic, Persian and Chinese.
- Built to be found
- A publishing house of guides, event intelligence and jurisdiction reports, structured for search engines and AI assistants, so that clients arrive already informed.
- UK-registered, Gulf-connected
- ATLAS SOVEREIGN LTD is registered in England and Wales, with working ties in the United Arab Emirates and across the Mediterranean.
Trust is the asset. It is not for sale.
ATLAS MAISON · Private Capital
WHO WE WELCOME
What we look for in a partner.
We also consider approaches from established houses for joint ventures in new markets or a strategic combination.
Capital that opens doors
Hospitality groups, aviation and yachting houses, private banks and family offices whose networks matter more than their cheque.
Patience
A horizon measured in years. We build a house, not a campaign, and decline partners who need a quick exit.
Discretion
Our clients trust us with their families and their calendars. Partners are held to the same standard, in writing.
Alignment
A shared view of quality: fewer clients, served exceptionally, rather than volume at any price.
THE PROCESS
Four steps, at our pace.
- 1
Request
A short note through the form below, telling us who you are and what you would bring to the house.
- 2
Review
We consider each request privately. Where there may be a fit, we ask for qualification details and a mutual confidentiality agreement.
- 3
Briefing
A private briefing in London, Monaco or Dubai with the founding team, and access to information under NDA.
- 4
Mutual decision
Partnership is by mutual consent. We may decline any request, at any stage, without giving reasons.
A PRIVATE INTRODUCTION
Tell us who you are and what you would bring.
Requests are read by the founding team. Where we see a genuine fit, we reply to arrange qualification, a mutual NDA and a private briefing. We do not reply to every request.
- No information shared before a mutual NDA
- Briefings in person in London, Monaco or Dubai
- Strategic approaches treated in strict confidence
