Aviation, yachting, legal, tax and security matters go to licensed, regulated professionals. We coordinate; they advise.

Private Client engagements are agreed individually after a first conversation, according to the scope and the size of the team required. Supplier costs are never included: you pay hotels, operators and other suppliers directly, at their price.
For individuals who need regular personal planning rather than a dedicated team, our annual membership is the natural starting point.

What is a Private Client concierge?
A dedicated, ongoing concierge relationship for an individual or family with complex needs: several homes, frequent private travel, staff and advisers. Rather than handling one request at a time, the team manages the whole picture and coordinates with your family office and household.
Who is the Private Client service for?
Ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, family offices, public figures, sports professionals and people in entertainment, and their private offices, typically with homes and commitments in several countries.
How is it different from a family office?
A family office manages wealth, investments and administration. We manage the lifestyle and logistics around them: travel, homes, events, suppliers and the calendar. We work alongside your family office, never instead of it.
How do I apply?
Request an introduction by phone, WhatsApp or our enquiry form. After a confidential first conversation, we confirm whether we are the right fit and propose a scope. We take on new Private Client relationships only when we can give them proper attention.
How is the Private Client service priced?
Fees are agreed individually after the first conversation, according to the scope and the size of the team required. Supplier costs are never included: you pay hotels, operators and other suppliers directly.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share any personal details, and we never disclose client names.
Where do you operate?
From London, with dedicated planning for Monaco, the French Riviera, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul and the Alps, and arrangements across Europe and the Gulf.
