Cookies and advertising measurement

If you accept cookies, we use Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries, WhatsApp messages or subscription checkouts. If you decline, no advertising cookies are stored on your device. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Member accounts

If you create a member account, we store your email address, name, and the phone number, travel preferences and requests you choose to add. If you sign in with Google (or Apple), we receive your name and email address from them; we never receive your password. Account data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and is used only to provide our concierge service. Sign-in uses essential browser storage to keep you logged in. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time by emailing atlas@atlasmaison.eu. Please do not store passport, payment card or medical details in your account.

Membership agreements

When you accept our Membership Terms before subscribing, we record your name, email address, chosen membership, the terms version and the date and time of acceptance, and keep this as evidence of our agreement. Payments are handled by Revolut; we do not receive your card details.

WhatsApp enquiries

The WhatsApp link opens an external service operated by WhatsApp. If you contact us there, your message and account information are processed through that service under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive documents through an initial enquiry.

What this form collects

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, membership preference and the travel details you choose to share. Do not submit identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal information.

How enquiries are used

ATLAS SOVEREIGN LTD uses enquiries to discuss requested services and potential membership. Enquiry information is not an instruction to make a booking or a consent to receive unrelated marketing.

Website processing

The intended website host and form processor is Netlify. Before launch, the company must confirm its processor terms, international transfer safeguards where applicable, retention period, legal basis and a contact for exercising privacy rights. No analytics or advertising cookies have been added to this website’s code.

Your information

The final notice must explain applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint rights, including the relevant supervisory authority. Additional information will be needed before booking providers receive traveller details.
