Membership Terms

The key points
- Monthly membership: €999 per month, charged in advance every month until you cancel. Cancel any time; it ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Annual membership: €9,999 per year, charged in advance. It renews for another year unless you cancel before the renewal date. We remind you at least 30 days before.
- 3-day trial: €99, paid once, for three consecutive days of concierge access. It does not renew or turn into a membership automatically.
- Service charge: 5% (monthly members) or 3% (annual members) on the cost of each service we arrange for you.
- Supplier costs are separate: hotels, flights, cars, restaurants and other services are paid for separately and are never included in the membership fee.
- Nothing is booked without your approval: you receive a written proposal with the price, supplier terms and our service charge first.
- Work done and fees incurred are payable: the law gives consumers 14 days to cancel. If we have already worked for you, the value of that work is kept, and service charges and supplier costs already incurred are never refunded.
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and ATLAS SOVEREIGN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15597496), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: atlas@atlasmaison.eu or WhatsApp +44 20 8133 2035.
2. What the membership includes
Your membership gives you personal travel and lifestyle planning and coordination, one point of contact for your requests, booking follow-up and itinerary organisation, and access to us on WhatsApp at any time of day. We will handle reasonable requests with reasonable care and skill. We may decline requests that are unlawful, unsafe or that we cannot reasonably fulfil.
We arrange services on your behalf. The services themselves (for example hotels, flights, private aviation, chauffeurs, restaurants, yachts, airport services and event tickets) are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. We do not guarantee availability, upgrades, access or specific results.
3. Membership fees and payment
The monthly membership costs €999 per month. The annual membership costs €9,999 per year. Fees are paid in advance through Revolut’s secure checkout by recurring payment, on the same date each month or year, until the membership ends. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.
3-day trial
The 3-day trial costs €99, paid once through Revolut’s secure checkout. It gives you the membership services described in section 2 for three consecutive days, starting on the day of payment; requests can be made until the end of the third day. Bookings made during the trial continue under the supplier’s terms after it ends. The trial does not renew and does not become a membership unless you choose to join. The service charge during the trial is 5%. One trial per person or household.
4. Service charge and third-party costs
For each service we arrange, we charge a service charge of 5% of its cost for monthly members and trial customers, or 3% for annual members. Example: on a €4,000 service, the charge is €200 (monthly) or €120 (annual). The cost of the service itself is paid separately. Both amounts, and how and when to pay them, are set out in our written proposal before you approve anything.
5. How bookings work
For each request we send you a written proposal showing the supplier, the price, the supplier’s booking and cancellation terms, and our service charge. We only book once you have approved the proposal in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine). If you later change or cancel a booking, the supplier’s terms apply and any amount the supplier keeps remains payable. Our service charge on a confirmed booking is not refundable unless the booking fails because of our error.
6. Length of membership, renewal and cancelling
Monthly: continues month to month. You can cancel at any time by email or WhatsApp. Your membership ends at the end of the month already paid for, and no further payments are taken. We do not refund part-months.
Annual: lasts 12 months from the date of payment and renews automatically for a further 12 months at the price then in force. We will remind you at least 30 days before renewal. You can stop renewal at any time before the renewal date. Outside the 14-day cancellation period described below, the annual fee is not refundable, but your membership continues until the end of the year you have paid for.
7. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your membership within 14 days of the day you join, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly by email to atlas@atlasmaison.eu; you may use the form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
For the 3-day trial: if you asked us to start straight away, you lose your right to cancel once the trial has been fully provided. If you cancel before then, the rules below apply.
If you asked us to start providing the membership during those 14 days, you must pay for the service provided up to the time you told us you were cancelling. This amount reflects the work we have actually carried out for you, such as research, proposals, negotiations, reservations and bookings, and may be up to the full membership fee for the period. We will refund any remaining balance within 14 days, using the same payment method.
The following are not refundable in any case: our service charge on any booking you approved, and any amount due to suppliers under their own terms for bookings you approved.
8. Ending the membership by us
We may end your membership by giving you 30 days’ notice, in which case we refund any fee you have paid for the period after it ends. We may end it immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay amounts due, make unlawful requests, or behave abusively towards our team or suppliers. We may also decline a new membership from anyone who has previously cancelled a membership after using our services.
9. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information and check proposals and confirmations carefully. You are responsible for your passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance, and for following suppliers’ rules. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for arranging your requests with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, but if something goes wrong we will help you raise it with them. Our total liability to you in connection with the membership is limited to the membership fees and service charges you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to fees or terms
We may change our fees or these terms for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
12. Your information
When you accept these terms online, we record your name, email address, chosen membership, the terms version and the date and time you accepted, as evidence of our agreement. See our privacy notice for how we handle personal information.
13. Complaints and law
If you are unhappy, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.
