Geneva’s autumn sales season draws collectors from around the world. Watch auctions in the city are among the strongest of the year, and the leading houses schedule their jewellery sales around the same week.
The 2026 calendar
Phillips opens the week with The Geneva Watch Auction: XXIV on 7 and 8 November, alongside an online Geneva Jewels sale running from 4 to 12 November. Sotheby’s holds its High Jewelry auction on 11 November, with the pieces on view at the Mandarin Oriental from 6 to 10 November. Christie’s traditionally holds its Geneva luxury sales in November too; check the house’s calendar for confirmed dates.
Viewing and bidding
Public exhibitions before each sale allow collectors to see lots in person. Bidding can be done in the room, by phone or online, subject to each house’s registration requirements.
