THE APPROACH

Yes. Hotels, villas, meeting suites, yachts through licensed brokers, cars and dinners, coordinated as one programme. Badges and passes are purchased from the organisers.

Who pays the suppliers?

Your company contracts and pays hotels, venues and operators directly. Our fee is agreed in advance.

How early should we book for Cannes?

For MIPIM in March or Cannes Lions in June, as early as possible: the best hotels on the Croisette and villas nearby are often committed months ahead.

Do you organise board retreats?

Yes, from venue search to travel, activities and dining, working with your facilitators.
