Every March, the global real estate industry comes to Cannes. From 15 to 19 March 2027, MIPIM fills the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette with investors, developers, city delegations and funds, and for one week Cannes becomes the busiest business address in Europe.
For delegates, the market is only half the work. Rooms close to the Palais, private spaces for confidential meetings, a car between appointments and the right table for a client dinner all need to be secured months in advance. This guide explains what to expect and how we can help.
What MIPIM is
MIPIM describes itself as the world’s leading property market. It brings together the people who invest in, develop and finance real estate, from global funds and family offices to city and regional delegations presenting their projects. Conferences, stands and award ceremonies fill the days; receptions and dinners fill the evenings.
Where to stay
The grand hotels on the Croisette are the most convenient, and the first to be committed, often with minimum stays during the market. Apartments and boutique hotels in the centre of Cannes keep you within walking distance, while villas in Super-Cannes, Mougins or on the Cap d’Antibes give teams space and privacy, with a driver for the journey. Meetings and yachts
MIPIM is known for its yachts: moored in the ports of Cannes, they serve as meeting rooms, hospitality spaces and offices for the week. Charters are arranged through licensed yacht brokers and berths close to the Palais are limited. Hotel suites, private dining rooms and villas are the alternatives for confidential discussions.
Dinners and receptions
Client dinners are part of the market. The best tables in Le Suquet, on the Croisette and in the hills are reserved well in advance for MIPIM week. We secure the table, the private room and the cars, and keep a record of every guest’s preferences.
When to book
- Autumn: accommodation on the Croisette or a villa for the team.
- Winter: yacht charter enquiries, meeting spaces and the key client dinners.
- Six weeks before: flights or private aviation, transfers and a driver for the week.
- The week itself: we stay on hand for every change.
